2021 AILA Fall Federal Court Conference and Webcast: Removal Litigation

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit has been sought for the 2021 AILA Federal Court Conference: Removal Litigation in all jurisdictions that have mandatory CLE and legal specialization requirements.

Participants seeking live and webcast CLE credits will be required to submit their attendance via webCLE by Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at ailawebcle.org. This does not apply to the download format. Attorneys are awarded credit based upon the number of session hours they attend at the conference. Attorneys are responsible for accurately tracking and recording the sessions they attend and the relevant CLE codes for CLE reporting. Eligible participants can receive up to 8.0 total credits (including 1.0 ethics credit) in 50-minute jurisdictions and up to 7.0 total credits (including 1.0 ethics credit) in 60-minute jurisdictions.*

CLE credits not reported on webCLE by the published deadline will be subject to an administrative late fee to cover incurred costs.

2021 AILA Federal Court Conference: Business Litigation

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit has been sought for the 2021 AILA Federal Court Conference: Business Litigation in all jurisdictions that have mandatory CLE and legal specialization requirements.

Participants seeking CLE credit for the live and webcast event will be required to submit their attendance via webCLE by Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at ailawebcle.org. Attorneys are awarded credit based upon the number of session hours they attend at the conference. Attorneys are responsible for accurately tracking and recording the sessions they attend and the relevant CLE codes for CLE reporting. Eligible participants can receive up to 9.0 total credits (including 3.0 ethics credit) in 50-minute jurisdictions and up to 7.5 total credits (including 2.5 ethics credit) in 60-minute jurisdictions.*

*Please note that estimated CLE credit hours are for live and webcast attendance only. The Business Track will not be recorded.

FAQs

Attorneys must attend a session in its entirety and record the session attended via webCLE (www.ailawebcle.org) to receive credit. Specific instructions for how to receive credit have been included in your conference materials. Please keep track of each CLE session you attend, including the attendance code announced at the end of each session, using the CLE sheet in your digital materials. 

The deadline for reporting attendance for live/webcast sessions is October 19, 2021.
